Petrol Pump Software for IOCL Dealers

Run your Indian Oil outlet on one system — configure your own products and tanks, enter shifts on a phone, and reconcile stock, cash, UPI, card and credit every day.

Setting up your IOCL outlet in PetroPulse360

A busy Indian Oil outlet can have meter books, dip records, collection notes, credit slips and expense entries moving between several people. PetroPulse360 gives the dealer an additional operational record for the outlet. Nothing is hard-coded: you create your own fuel products, premium variants, tanks, nozzles and rates, so the working view reflects the outlet rather than a generic template.

The daily cycle: shifts, meter readings and DIP

Staff enter each shift on a phone at the pump. Opening readings are carried forward from the previous closing, and closing readings calculate litres sold per nozzle. Tank dips are converted through the outlet's calibration chart and compared with mapped nozzle sales. Collections can then be divided between cash, UPI, card, fuel card and credit before the shift is closed.

Cash, UPI, card and credit reconciliation

Each shift's collections are entered per nozzle and split by payment mode, then compared with calculated sales. Credit customers get a proper ledger instead of a slip pad.

Statement import and monthly reconciliation

The implemented IOC statement import can match statement lines against recorded fuel purchases, while bank statement import helps review online collections. These checks support the dealer's own reconciliation; they do not send information to Indian Oil or alter an official company record.

A practical day at an Indian Oil outlet

At the morning handover, the operator checks the carried-forward nozzle openings and records the tank dip. During the shift, credit sales and operating expenses are entered instead of being left on loose slips. At closing, the operator records meter closings and payment splits. The manager reviews expected versus counted cash, online collections and any tank variance. The owner can then review the daily sales and P&L reports, and use the IOC or bank statement tools later when the relevant files are available.

What PetroPulse360 does — and does not do

PetroPulse360 is an independent dealer-management and operations platform. It is not an official Indian Oil product, is not endorsed by or integrated with IOCL, and does not replace Indian Oil systems, statutory registers, inspections or dealer obligations. You continue using the required company processes for supply and reporting. PetroPulse360 provides a separate dealer-side view for recording, checking and understanding the outlet's daily operations.

Frequently asked questions

Does PetroPulse360 work for an IOCL petrol pump?

Yes. Fuel products, premium variants, tanks, nozzles and rates are all configured by you, so the software fits the way your Indian Oil outlet sells.

Is PetroPulse360 an official IOCL system?

No. It is an independent petrol pump management platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by or integrated with Indian Oil, and it does not replace the systems your oil company provides.

Can I import my monthly statement?

Yes. Statement files can be imported and matched against your recorded purchases and payments so differences show up during the month.

Does the IOC statement import update Indian Oil records?

No. It is a dealer-side reconciliation tool. It reads the file you upload and compares it with your PetroPulse360 records; it does not write back to an Indian Oil system.

Can I keep separate records for premium products and multiple tanks?

Yes. Each product has its own rate history, and nozzles can be mapped to the tank from which they draw so stock comparison remains tank-specific.

How is daily sales calculated?

From opening and closing meter readings per nozzle, valued at that day's rate, then compared against cash, UPI, card and credit collections.

What does it cost?

First 3 months free with no credit card. After that ₹999 per month per pump, or ₹9,999 per year. Cancel anytime.

Written from first-hand pump experience

I run a pump myself, so the daily cycle in this software is the same one you follow: opening readings, dip, closing readings, count the cash. The difference is that the comparison happens for you instead of at month end.
